Wayne Parker

I am a research and development officer for a number of Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) projects delivering to clients throughout the state. I enjoy working with growers, grower groups and the GRDC to develop solutions to agronomy challenges. I have been building my professional knowledge since 2002 with DPIRD. My areas of expertise include relationship building and developing consequential extension. Current interests include soil compaction, lime incorporation, effective leadership, weed seed removal and development of tactical farming systems. Expertise in extension practices, Lupin agronomy, Chickpea, Field pea agronomy, soil pH amelioration, video recording and production, group dynamics, grains research and development, tactical farm systems.
